Do you custom design rings?

Yes! I've been creating rings for 28 years and counting.

What is the custom ring process?

Step #1: We have an initial consult, at my office, to determine what you are after and for me to quote

Step #2: We have a digital rendering done showcasing your wants.

Step #3 We have a physical model made so you can try on the ring.

Step #4 We cast the ring in the metal you desire.

The entire process ranges from 4-8 weeks.

Are your lab grown and earth minded diamonds certified?

Yes! All lab grown diamonds over 1 carat have IGI lab reports and are laser inscribed. Any earth mined diamond you desire will come with a GIA lab report.

Why are your prices so low?

It's very simple. Our low overhead saves you money!

Does Midwest Treasures KC offer warranties on their engagement rings?

We offer a 30-day warranty. We maintain our very prices by not offering long term warranties. We can show you how to get insurance that will cover theft, loss, and damage, through Jeweler's Mutual. We will provide all the documentation you will need to get insured. We also offer Lifetime Care Plans through Jewelers Mutual.

I need an engagement ring, in Kansas City, today. Can you help me?

Yes! We have rings in stock at all times you can come pick up same day.

I'm nervous about ordering with you and NOT coming to your office. How do we talk about the ring project?

No Problem! We can set up a Teams or Zoom call so you can meet me face-to-face.

Can I come to your location and pick up my items?

Yes! We do offer pickup at our Overland Park, KS location by appointment only. Contact us to set up an appointment.

Can I pay cash at your location?

Yes! No problem taking cash, Venmo, PayPal, Zelle and credit cards at our office.

Do you offer financing?

We do offer Shop Pay as a payment option here on the website only. Contact us for details. We also accept PayPal Credit which has interest free options.

Do you ship items?

Yes! No problem shipping items within the U.S. Contact us for details.

What are your business hours?

Midwest Treasures KC is by appointment only. Generally, we schedule consultations Monday through Friday. Saturday mornings are available as well. Contact us to make an appointment.

Do you offer custom jewelry creation?

Yes! Message us and let's make your item a reality!

Do you repair jewelry?

Yes! We have a full-service workshop on premises.

Do you appraise jewelry?

Yes! I am a Graduate Gemologist and have appraised tens of thousands of items for estate and insurance.
